IHG Hotels & Resorts and Real Hotels & Resorts have officially opened two new hotels in the Miraflores district of Lima, Peru. The properties are InterContinental Real Lima Miraflores and Hotel Indigo Lima Miraflores.
InterContinental Real Lima Miraflores is a 21-story building with 321 rooms, including 29 suites. The hotel offers amenities such as a Club InterContinental lounge, over 950 square meters of event space, and Lima’s largest outdoor hotel infinity pool on its rooftop.
Hotel Indigo Lima Miraflores has 76 rooms, including 10 suites, and is inspired by the local neighborhood, featuring design elements that reflect the area’s cultural and historical significance. This property also includes a rooftop pool and lounge.
Both hotels are in a prime location near the Costa Verde cliffs, offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. They are strategically placed close to local attractions, including the Larcomar shopping center and the districts of Barranco and San Isidro, making them attractive for tourists and business travelers.
The two hotels are connected by various dining and wellness facilities, including five distinct culinary concepts. These range from a personalized open kitchen experience at The Market to fine dining at Nau Nikkei Rooftop. The Presence Spa at the hotels offers 400 square meters dedicated to relaxation and wellness treatments.
These developments are expected to serve as a social hub in Miraflores, providing residents and international visitors with luxurious accommodations and comprehensive lifestyle experiences.
