Jack Osbourne Honors His Dad Ozzy's Rock Legacy With Perfect Tee

23 August 20252 Mins Read

It’s been a month since Ozzy Osbourne passed, but tributes continue to surface in a variety of ways.

His son Jack Osbourne was just spotted in Los Angeles wearing a t-shirt that pays tribute to the iconic band that Ozzy — who died at age 76 — co-founded in the ’60s.

Jack, 39, was seen out shopping in LA recently, as TMZ reported, with his tee bearing the cover of an album by Black Sabbath. And not just any album by the heavy metal group — the self-titled debut album Ozzy and his bandmates dropped 55 years ago.

As TMZ noted, the album cover on Jack’s shirt features the Mapledurham Watermill, a location that was frequented while people were nearby this summer for Ozzy’s farewell concert in his hometown of Birmingham, England. The new photos of Jack can be seen here.

The TV personality finally broke his silence to the public on his dad Ozzy’s death by posting to Instagram with a heartfelt message alongside a collection of memories.

“I haven’t really wanted to post anything since the passing of my father. My heart has hurt too much. I’m gonna keep this short because he certainly hated long rambling speeches. He was so many things to so many people, but I was so lucky and blessed to be apart of a very small group that got to call him ‘Dad,'” Jack wrote in Instagram post’s caption. “My heart is full of so much sadness and sorrow, but also so much love and gratitude. I got 14,501 days with that man and I know that is such a blessing. I think this quote best describes my father.”

Ozzy died at age 76 on July 22, with his family then issuing a statement that “he was with his family and surrounded by love.” On Aug. 5, it was confirmed he died from a heart attack, with coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease listed as contributing factors.
