In Brief: After serving in a key legal role, James Hunter announces his retirement from Marriott Vacations Worldwide, effective from April 2026.

Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation announced that Executive Vice President and General Counsel James Hunter will transition from his role on March 9, 2026, and retire on April 1, 2026.

James Hunter, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, will step down from his position on March 9, 2026, and retire from the company on April 1, 2026. Hunter will remain in an advisory capacity through April 1, 2026, to assist with the transition.
