James “Jimmy” Watt has been appointed the new Hotel Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center. Watt, who possesses a wealth of five-star global food and beverage expertise, including experience at the Michelin level, will oversee hotel operations and enhance the establishment’s dedication to top-tier service and luxury hospitality in Philadelphia.
Watt’s association with Four Seasons started in 2013 at the Four Seasons Resort Maui, Hawaii. He made significant contributions to restaurant outlets there, earning them Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond recognition. His illustrious career features roles like a consultant for the re-opening of Four Seasons Hotel New York in Midtown and the Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. He has also worked with acclaimed chefs such as Dani Garcia and Akira Back, and held leadership positions at Michelin star restaurants, 50 Best Bars, and one of the World’s 50 Best Hotels.

Watt’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Colorado, Boulder, international studies at the University of the Balearic Islands, and hospitality training at the School of Hospitality of the Balearic Islands. These diverse educational experiences have shaped his understanding of global hospitality standards.
Watt has held prominent positions across the Four Seasons portfolio, including the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, and leading the grand re-opening of Four Seasons Hotel New York.
