Jason Kruse has been appointed as the Complex General Manager for three Anantara resorts in the Maldives.
Minor Hotels has announced the appointment of Jason Kruse as the Complex General Manager for Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort, and Naladhu Private Island Maldives. Kruse will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the three properties.
Kruse has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury resort operations and leadership roles across the Asia-Pacific region. His previous roles include leadership positions at Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences, Kurumba Maldives, and JA Manafaru. His career has also included senior roles at resorts in Fiji, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia.
In his new role, Kruse will manage the operations of Anantara Veli, Anantara Dhigu, and Naladhu Private Island. These properties offer distinct experiences, with Anantara Veli catering to adults, Anantara Dhigu focusing on family-friendly amenities, and Naladhu Private Island providing a private escape.
Kruse’s appointment is effective immediately, and he will be responsible for maintaining the operational standards and guest satisfaction across the three resorts.
