Goldblum—who is also a renowned jazz pianist—has spoken openly about how meaningful fatherhood has been for him.
He called parenting an “amazing, great task,” adding that becoming a dad brings out “every emotion” and forces you to “examine everything that you model and need to get better at.”
In a 2018 interview with British outlet iNews, The Big Chill actor said, “It feels great to do it right now, because all the things I’m considering are perfectly suited to the big questions and challenges of having kids, and what you want to expose them to.”
He continued, “What you want to leave them with, what life is, and what kind of life you contribute to them.”
