Rosewood Hotel Group has appointed Jenni Benzaquen as Senior Vice President of Residential, effective September 1, 2025, to oversee the group’s residential business expansion globally.
Rosewood Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Jenni Benzaquen as Senior Vice President of Residential, effective September 1, 2025. In her new role, Benzaquen will report to the Group’s Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for overseeing the growth and operational management of Rosewood’s residential division.
The appointment is part of Rosewood’s strategic focus on expanding its residential business. The group plans to continue its growth in urban and resort destinations worldwide. Currently, Rosewood operates 11 residential properties, with plans to significantly increase this number through a robust development pipeline.
Benzaquen joins Rosewood with two decades of experience in luxury real estate and hospitality. Her previous roles include Senior Vice President of the Luxury Group at Marriott International and Managing Director of Design Hotels. Her expertise in brand differentiation and high-net-worth individual engagement is expected to support Rosewood’s integration of residential properties into mixed-use developments, standalone towers, and resort communities globally.
The group’s strategy includes expanding its portfolio of branded residences, aiming to enhance the value of these properties both emotionally and financially. The expansion is aligned with Rosewood’s goal to redefine private branded residential living by creating properties that serve as neighborhood landmarks.
