Both stars wore the soap nailstrend, a squeaky clean and minimalist look that has been popular this year and shows no signs of slowing down. It features a precisely buffed and very glossy manicure, typically in milky white to baby pink shades.
The latest season of The Morning Show has been highly-anticipated, with fans losing their cool over the season 4 trailer. The new season begins September 17 with returning stars Witherspoon, Aniston, Billy Crudup, Karen Pittman, Nicole Beharie, Nestor Carbonell, Mark Duplass, Greta Lee, and Jon Hamm, along with new additions Aaron Pierre, Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, William Jackson Harper, and Boyd Holbrook.
Aniston and Witherspoon have been friends for many years, and they met roughly 25 years ago on the set of Friends when Witherspoon made a two-episode cameo as Rachel Green’s younger sister, Jill Green.
During the premiere, Witherspoon spoke about their friendship. “It’s been incredible to watch yourself grow and encourage each other to step into a leadership role,” she told Entertainment Tonight.

The soap nail trend focuses on neat and clean cuticles and skin care around the nails, according to Karen Huneke, the director of education at Young Nails in Anaheim, California.
“I think they get the name ‘soap nails’ because the look is so clean,” she tells Parade. “This style is characterized by a light, sheer or semi-sheer, neutral color paired with meticulous cuticle work. High-quality cuticle oils and hydrating lotions are also used to maintain healthy skin and nails, enhancing the overall refined look.”

What Should Someone Ask for at the Nail Salon if They Want Soap Nails?
“Soap nails are a popular trend, so most salons will understand what you mean if you ask for them,” Huneke says. “Still, it’s always a good idea to clarify exactly what you’d like to make sure you and your nail tech are on the same page.”
Here’s what she recommends saying once you arrive.
“Ask for a sheer or semi-sheer nude shade along with detailed cuticle work,” she suggets. “If possible, bring a photo of the color and style you have in mind as this is the easiest way to ensure your nail tech knows exactly what you’re looking for.”

What Colors Are Best Suited for the Soap Nail Trend?
Huneke recommends sheer or semi sheer nude colors for this look.
“But the exact color would always depend on the client’s skin tone,” she adds. “Some clients may need a warmer tone versus a cooler tone, and some may prefer pink colors versus beige colors.”
What Nail Shape Is Best for Soap Nails?
“I personally prefer a shorter, natural almond shape, but it really does depend on the shape of the client’s nail bed and their preference,” Huneke says. “This is a very versatile look and can be done on any length or shape including natural nails or enhancements.”
Are Soap Nails Flattering for Women Over 50?
“Absolutely. Because soap nails are a very clean, neutral look, they can be worn by anyone at any age,” Huneke says.
