Jimmy Fallon Just Dropped a Brutal Title for Karoline Leavitt’s Hypothetical Memoir, and the Internet Is Having a Field Day

Karoline Leavitt may be shopping a memoir about her time in the Trump White House, but the internet is already writing the jokes for her.

Jimmy Fallon jumped into the conversation Tuesday night with a particularly brutal suggestion for what the former White House press secretary could call her hypothetical book.

After noting reports that Leavitt is shopping a memoir about her time working for President Donald Trump, Fallon offered his own title: “I’m Not Going to Answer That.” He then delivered the punchline: “And it’s just 200 blank pages.”

Fallon’s joke comes as the reported book is already generating plenty of online speculation about what Leavitt might reveal. According to Page Six, multiple publishers have reviewed the proposal, which reportedly includes behind-the-scenes details from her time in the White House.

Page Six’s X post about the book referred to it as “potentially explosive,” which sent commenters into a comedy routine. One person simply wrote, “potentially,” while another posted the iconic food poisoning meme from the movie Bridesmaids along with, “Explosive like💩💩💩.”

Another person mused that the book will likely be “boring.” Of course, a slew of commenters on X aren’t holding their breath for substance in the book. “This is nonsense,” one person wrote in another X thread. “She will say NOTHING they don’t 100% want us to hear/read. Next …”

Threads commenters didn’t go any easier on Leavitt. “Narrator: It was neither explosive nor tell-all….” one person wrote, while another person added, “Is it called The Book of Lies?” Of course another person couldn’t help but write, “If this actually happens, it will go directly to the Fiction Bargain Bin at every bookstore that carries it.”

That skepticism appears to be part of the joke surrounding the memoir before it has even reached bookstore shelves. Rather than wondering what explosive revelations Leavitt could make, commenters are already speculating about how little she might actually be able to say about her time inside Trump’s White House.
