JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group has successfully orchestrated the refinancing for the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown. With JLL’s assistance, the borrower, West77 Partners, secured a fixed-rate, five-year loan via a national life insurance company. This newly acquired capital was used to settle an existing bank loan and to return equity to West77 Partners.
The Hilton Garden Inn, a six-story hotel with 254 rooms, is strategically located at 10777 NE 10th Street in downtown Bellevue, Washington. Opened in 2018, the hotel is positioned within a bustling technological hub often called Seattle’s “Eastside”. This burgeoning area has attracted prominent companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, and T-Mobile, ensuring a steady stream of corporate guests for the hotel.
The Hilton Garden Inn offers over 3,000 square feet of meeting space, an on-site restaurant and bar, a fitness center, and an indoor terrace pool. Structured parking is also available for guests. The hotel is near popular attractions like Bellevue Square, The Shops at The Bravern, and Lincoln Square. Additionally, other significant Seattle landmarks, such as Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, are comfortably within reach.
Managing Director Adrienne Andrews and Analyst Jessica Mehra spearheaded the JLL Debt Advisory team responsible for this successful refinancing. Andrews commented on the deal, stating that the Hilton Garden Inn’s strategic location, strong cash flow, and seasoned sponsorship made this refinancing an attractive opportunity. She further noted that the hotel is well-placed to leverage Bellevue’s vibrant corporate demand and its growing tourism sector.
