JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino to Rebrand as The Resort at Summerlin
JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino will rebrand as The Resort at Summerlin on January 1, 2026, following a $75 million renovation.
JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino have announced plans to rebrand as The Resort at Summerlin, effective January 1, 2026. This change follows a comprehensive $75 million renovation to update the property’s facilities and align with its new identity.
The renovation project includes updates to the resort’s architecture and interior design, with a focus on Mediterranean elements blended with modern aesthetics. The property features 549 guestrooms, with 98 offering balconies and 11 providing walk-out terraces. The rooms have been updated with residential-style furnishings, 65-inch smart TVs, and coffee machines.
Additional enhancements include a refreshed conference center, renovated fitness center, and new relaxation areas such as the Hydra Lounge. The Spa Aquae has received upgraded treatment rooms, and the casino floor has been updated with new lighting, carpet, and finishes. High Limit Rooms have been added, featuring advanced gaming technology.
The rebranding will also introduce new dining options. The Neighborhood Food Hall, set to debut in 2025, will include ai Pazzi, ai Pazzi Pizza, and Pearls Oyster & Crudo Bar by chef Fabio Viviani. Other additions include Nom Wah, a dim sum restaurant, and Wineaux, a venture by James Beard Award winner Shawn McClain and sommelier Nick Hetzel. These new offerings will join existing establishments like Hawthorn Grill and Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles.
The rebranding marks a strategic shift for the property, which has been part of the Las Vegas community since its opening in 1999.
