Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. and McWilliams|Ballard reported that new condominium sales at JW Marriott Residences Reston Station surpassed $12 million during the first quarter of 2026. Since opening in September 2025, the property has recorded nearly $90 million in sales.
Located on the top 15 floors of a newly constructed 28-story JW Marriott tower at The Row at Reston Station, the JW Marriott Residences are described as Northern Virginia’s first luxury hotel-branded residences. Floor plans range from one-bedroom plus den to three-bedroom units, each featuring regional views and designer finishes.
Amenities for residents include 24-hour concierge and valet services, access to JW Marriott hotel services such as in-residence catering and housekeeping, multiple resident lounges, a fitness studio, private conference room, billiard room, demonstration kitchen, library, secured indoor parking with high-speed elevator access, and indoor pet spa facilities. Purchasers receive Marriott Bonvoy membership benefits, a two-year membership to the adjacent VIDA Fitness & Spa, and access to a private community rooftop park with indoor and outdoor recreation space. Dining options within the building include The Simon Restaurant, The Schar Bar, and JW Market & Cafe, with additional walkable access to restaurants and retail outlets at Reston Station.
The JW Marriott Residences are part of Comstock’s Reston Station development, which spans nearly 90 acres near the Wiehle-Reston East Station on Metro’s Silver Line. Reston Station includes office towers serving as headquarters for companies such as Google, Booz Allen Hamilton, ICF International, and CARFAX.
