The transaction was led by Matt Cummings, sales director at McWilliams|Ballard. The penthouse occupies the entire top floor of the 28-story tower and was custom designed with the buyer.

The residence has 360-degree views across Northern Virginia, including lines of sight from Tysons to the Blue Ridge Mountains and beyond. Design and build-out of the penthouse began almost two years ago.

The sale is the second record-setting transaction at the Residences in 2026. Earlier this year, a residence at the property sold for $10.25 million, establishing a Virginia condominium sales record at that time. That sale exceeded the previous state record by more than $4 million.

The Residences have generated more than $115 million in sales since opening and account for the two highest condominium sale prices recorded in Virginia.
