Kempinski Grace Bay will start construction in mid-November on a new beachfront development in Turks and Caicos, featuring 119 residences and four villas.
Kempinski Grace Bay, a new development on Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos, is scheduled to break ground in mid-November. The project will be the first in the region managed by Kempinski Hotels and will include 119 private residences and four oceanfront villas. The development is situated on eleven acres of beachfront property.
JTRE, a real estate firm, is developing the project. It will be exclusively represented by Christie’s International Real Estate Turks & Caicos and Engel & Völkers Turks and Caicos. The development aims to offer a range of residential options, from studios to six-bedroom villas, all designed to provide privacy and direct beach access.
Amenities planned for the site include a fine-dining restaurant, a beach-club restaurant, a wine cellar, a European-style spa, an ocean-view fitness center, boutique retail offerings, sports facilities, and a children’s club. The location is also near the Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club, Leeward Marina, and local shopping and dining options.
Construction is expected to begin in November 2025, with completion anticipated in early 2028. Pre-construction sales opportunities are currently available.
