Kerzner International plans to open a One&Only resort and private homes in Fiji’s Yasawa Islands by 2029, with homes available for sale starting in November.
Kerzner International Holdings Limited has announced the development of a One&Only resort and private homes in Fiji’s Yasawa Islands. The project is scheduled to open in 2029, with private homes going on sale in November. This development is part of a strategic partnership with BSP Life, a subsidiary of BSP Financial Group, aimed at enhancing international investment in Fiji.
The resort will be located on Nacula Island, a 127-acre site within the Yasawa Islands archipelago. It will feature 40 guest rooms, suites, and villas, along with six dining venues and a wellness center known as Club One. The development will also include 20 private residences.
The site is accessible by seaplane, 30 minutes from the international airport. The architectural design will focus on ecological sensitivity, integrating traditional Fijian craftsmanship with modern aesthetics.
This project is part of Kerzner’s expansion strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. It aims to contribute to Fiji’s tourism industry and economic growth, with benefits such as job creation and skills development. The collaboration with BSP Life is intended to strengthen Fiji’s position as a destination for high-value travelers.
The development in Fiji is among several upcoming projects for One&Only, including locations in Montana, Antigua, and New York.
