Stonebridge has appointed Kevin Dingle as Chief Development Officer to lead its development strategy across various property types and locations.
Stonebridge has announced the appointment of Kevin Dingle as its new Chief Development Officer. In this role, Dingle will oversee the company’s development team and strategy, focusing on expanding its portfolio across different property types and geographic locations.
Dingle brings over 20 years of experience in hotel real estate to Stonebridge. Before joining Stonebridge, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Aimbridge. His career includes co-founding Compass Lodging Advisors, a firm specializing in hotel acquisitions and asset management. Dingle also has experience from his tenure at Crow Holdings, where he was Vice President of Acquisitions, managing transactions worth over $750 million.
The appointment is part of Stonebridge’s strategy to enhance its development capabilities and expand its market presence. The company aims to leverage Dingle’s expertise in capital markets and investor relations to support its growth objectives. Dingle’s experience in navigating various market cycles is expected to contribute to Stonebridge’s strategic initiatives.
Dingle holds an MBA in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His educational background complements his extensive experience in the hotel real estate sector.
