Kimpton is set to open the Kimpton Era Midtown New York in March 2026, featuring 529 guest rooms and multiple dining options operated by Apicii.
Kimpton, in collaboration with Extell Development Company, has announced the upcoming opening of the Kimpton Era Midtown New York hotel. The hotel is scheduled to begin operations in March 2026 and is currently accepting reservations.
The 33-story hotel will be located in Midtown Manhattan and will include 529 guest rooms. The architectural design is by SLCE Architects, with interior design by INC Architecture & Design, both based in New York City. The hotel aims to provide a contemporary experience with various social spaces.
Apicii, a hospitality company, will manage the restaurant and beverage services at the hotel. The dining options will include a street-level Latin restaurant and taqueria, an upscale New York brasserie, an all-day coffee and cocktail lounge, and an Asian izakaya with views of Rockefeller Center and Radio City.
The hotel will also feature a fitness center and other amenities. The Kimpton Era Midtown New York is now open for reservations for stays starting March 1, 2026.
