In Brief: IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed Kimpton Phang-Nga Natai Beach, a 150-key new-build beachfront resort in Phang Nga, Thailand, with Natai Venture Co. Ltd.

IHG Hotels & Resorts signed the agreement in Bangkok, Thailand, on Aug. 5, 2026. Kimpton Phang-Nga Natai Beach is scheduled to open in 2028 on Natai Beach in Phang Nga.
The resort will have 150 guestrooms, suites and villas. Facilities will include all-day restaurants, beach and lobby bars, a spa, swimming pools, a fitness center, a kids’ club and function spaces.
The property will be located 20 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The planned Andaman International Airport in Phang Nga is targeted to open in 2032.
Kimpton Phang-Nga Natai Beach is IHG’s second resort signing in Phang Nga Province, following InterContinental Phang Nga Bay Resort. IHG operates 42 hotels across 11 brands in Thailand and has 39 additional properties in development.
The signing adds to planned Kimpton properties in Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Hua Hin, Khao Yai and Pattaya. Kimpton Kitalay Samui and Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok are among IHG’s hotels in Thailand.
Natai Venture Co. Ltd. is the project partner. Titiwat Kuvijitsuwan, a director of Natai Venture Co. Ltd. and chief executive of Capstone Asset, is a shareholder and development partner of Kimpton Phang-Nga Natai Beach. Capstone Asset previously developed Kimpton Kitalay Samui, the first Kimpton resort in Asia.
