KPop Demon Hunters Is Going on a World Tour, and Here’s What Fans Need To Know

Honmoon magic is coming to a city near you! Netflix just announced an IRL KPop Demon Hunters event, and this global tour is everything your kiddos want and so much more. The streaming giant teamed up with AEG Presents to bring the mega-popular animated series (and HUNTR/X) to stages in a live experience. 

What Is KPop Demon Hunters?

Just in case you’ve spent the better part of the last year and a half in the basement, bathroom, or anywhere that doesn’t have a TV, computer, smartphone…you get the picture, every time your child turns on Netflix, chances are you’re already acquainted with this show. And just in case you missed it, the streaming service made sure you got the opportunity to check out the trio on the big screen when it released a sing-along in movie theaters across the country. 

For those of you who do need a teeny tiny refresher, here’s a basic breakdown: The three K-pop superstars who make up the girl group HUNTR/X (Rumi, Mira, and Zoey) pack stadiums, top the charts, and, as the name of the series implies, hunt demons. And of course, their adorable adversaries are demons disguised as a rival boy band. Whew!

Even though it’s an animated series, the in-real-life voice cast of HUNTR/X has one of the biggest hits of the—year? The decade? The century? 

Whether you’ve actually sat down to watch the show or not, it’s likely that you’ve heard ‘Golden’ somewhere lately. Not only is the tune beyond popular with KPop Demon Hunter fans, but it also became the first K-pop girl group song to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won Best Original Song at the Oscars in 2026. 

The human voices behind the animated characters of HUNTR/X include performers EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami. THEBLACKLABEL’s Teddy, IDO, EJAE, and songwriter Mark Sonnenblick came together to create the iconic track, treating fans to something that is truly ‘golden.’
