D’Souza-Faze joined Laurel Real Estate Co. in 2022 and oversees hotel acquisitions and dispositions in her role as Vice President.

Prior to joining Laurel Real Estate Co., Lauren D’Souza-Faze was a regional brand marketing leader at Red Bull. This experience gave her an appreciation for hospitality and customer experience, something that she puts to use for her clients every day.
Lauren is currently affiliated with Hotel Brokers International, previously serving on the organization’s Board of Directors and winning the organization’s New Associate of the Year award in 2023 and Associate of the Year award in 2024. She is also a member of Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) and is actively involved with the organization’s young professionals’ group, HYPE. With her broker’s license in hand, she looks forward to expanding her services to better serve Florida hoteliers.
