It’s officially official. Simon Cowell’s new boy band, December 10, has finally released their highly anticipated first single, “Run My Way.” And fans are going crazy over the new track, which was released today, rejoicing at the reality that “boy bands be BACK!”
The band (also known as D10) was formed on the Netflix docuseries, Simon Cowell: The Next Act, which aired on December 10 (of course). And the seven‑piece group—consisting of Cruz Lee‑Ojo, Danny Bretherton, Hendrik Christoffersen, John Fadare, Josh Olliver, Nicolas Alves, and Seán Hayden—has already made headlines for far more than their Netflix debut.

December 10 sold out their very first tour around the UK and Ireland in a single day. Demand for seats was so strong, in fact, that the boys ended up adding second shows to each city in which they’re performing. Meanwhile, fans across the world are already begging the boy band to come to their countries, too.

As talk of the tour started to circulate on social media, newfound fans also started calling on Cowell’s new group to drop original music. After all, December 10 managed to create an already loyal fanbase from their endearing origin story and cover of NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye” alone—without viewers or listeners ever hearing any original music.
In the last few days, December 10 has been dropping sections of their first original track, “Run My Way,” across their social media platforms. They even shared a Toyota ad, on which the song just landed, marking a big week for the boy band—and it’s only just the beginning.

Yesterday, they shared a video of them dancing and jumping for joy, captioned, “Our mood bc our first single comes out TOMORROW!!!! We are sooo excited for you to hear the full song … let’s gooooo.”
And, at last, the day has come. “Run My Way” is officially out.
December 10 captioned an amped-up post on Instagram: “Our DEBUT SINGLE ‘RUN MY WAY’ is OUT NOW! We honestly can’t believe we get to say that. The past few months have been such an incredible journey, and being able to finally share our music with you feels like a dream come true for all of us. We hope you feel the energy, the chaos, and everything this track stands for, and best believe we’re just getting started… BABY YOU CAN RUNNNN OUR WAYYYY!”

Fans already can’t get enough of the song, calling it “so gas” (as the boys often say on the Netflix series).
Another one commented: “This song is on repeat all day for me!”
