LivAway Suites Beaks Ground for Hotel in Surprise, Arizona

LivAway Suites is expanding its presence in the Phoenix market with the construction of its third hotel in the area

In response to increasing demand for affordable, extended-stay lodgings in Arizona, LivAway Suites has commenced construction on a new location in Surprise, AZ. This move marks the third groundbreaking for the brand in the state within three months.

Kevin Dailey, Chief Operating Officer at LivAway Suites, articulated that each hotel groundbreaking signifies more than just a new location. It marks the brand’s steadfast commitment to redefining the meaning of comfort without compromise.

The new property, located at 14020 W Mountain View Blvd, will cater to long-term guests who seek affordable lodging without compromising quality. The hotel features modern and practical amenities and emphasizes technology-forward solutions to ensure an efficient and seamless experience for its guests.

The property is strategically located near two medical centers: Banner Del E Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center. It is also close to the Amazon Fulfillment Center, BNSF Automotive Distribution Center, and Red Bull Distribution Center. This positioning allows LivAway Suites to serve a diverse range of guests, including employees on work travel, distribution center trainees, travel nurses, healthcare patients, sports fans, players, and families visiting Surprise, Arizona.

Dailey further explained that LivAway Suites aims to provide a “home away from home,” offering reasonably priced accommodations designed for longer stays. He stated that whether for leisure, work, medical, or other reasons, LivAway Suites offers guests an enhanced, extended-stay experience.

The first three under-construction locations, in Tolleson, Glendale, and now Surprise, mark the beginning of LivAway Suites’ growth plans for the valley. The brand aims to add over a dozen hotels across the state over the next several years. LivAway Suites, in conjunction with the recent opening of West77 Partners offices in Scottsdale, has firmly established the greater Phoenix market as a hub for the brand.
