LivAway Suites Opens Third Utah Location in Vineyard

LivAway Suites has opened its third location in Utah, located in Vineyard, marking the brand’s ninth property nationwide.

LivAway Suites has announced the opening of a new property in Vineyard, Utah. This development represents the company’s third location in the state and its ninth overall since the brand’s inception in 2023. The new Vineyard site is part of LivAway Suites’ strategy to provide extended-stay accommodations in rapidly growing U.S. markets.

Utah County, where Vineyard is located, has experienced significant population growth. Between July 2023 and July 2024, the county added 21,853 new residents, accounting for 43% of the state’s total population increase. This growth has been driven by factors such as job creation, in-migration, and housing development, resulting in a current population exceeding 750,000, which represents a 13% increase since 2020.

The demand for flexible lodging options in the area has been rising due to the presence of institutions like Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University, as well as major employers such as Qualtrics and Vivint. The new LivAway Suites location aims to cater to this demand by providing accommodations for a diverse range of travelers, including those in the workforce, academia, and healthcare.

LivAway Suites operates within the “upper-economy” extended-stay market, offering amenities such as fully equipped in-room kitchens and contemporary finishes. The company has reported that its portfolio of nine properties is performing ahead of projections, which has reinforced confidence among investors and developers in its business model.

The company has also indicated plans for further expansion, with additional openings expected across the country by 2026.
