Country singer Luke Combs connected with fans to share a “little life update” in a new video, with the 35-year-old teasing huge news that got fans hyped up.
Combs shared a new clip on Instagram on May 15 of himself sitting in his car at the studio. That, in itself, is news, as the singer confirmed that he is officially working on new music, saying, “I’m getting back in the saddle here, back in the studio. I’m very excited about that.”

But that wasn’t the only update he had for fans, as he went on, “Got a big tour coming up next year, I just kinda finalized all the details on that here in the last week or so. So new record coming up soon, new tour coming up, [I’m] just excited, man.”
Combs also took a moment to thank fans for supporting him while he’s been taking some personal time, saying, “Thank you guys for allowing me to have this time off with my family. I’m really excited to get to spend time with my wife [Nicole Hocking] and the boys.”

In the caption, Combs also said there “may or may not be an Easter egg regarding new music in this video,” with many fans pointing to his Pam Tillis shirt as the possible clue.
Fans were ecstatic to hear that new music and a new tour were coming, with many commenting something along the lines of, “Can’t waittttt. Take all the time you need!!”
