Madrid’s hotel sector reported its highest-ever June average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR), according to preliminary data from CoStar.
Hotel occupancy in Madrid reached 82.2% in June 2026, a 2.2% increase compared to the previous year. The ADR rose to EUR199.97, up 4.8% year-over-year, while RevPAR increased by 7.1% to EUR164.32.
A series of 10 concerts by Bad Bunny at Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium between May 30 and June 15 contributed significantly to these results. On June 10, the night of the seventh concert, hotel occupancy peaked at 92.7%, with ADR at EUR217.14 and RevPAR at EUR201.28. The highest monthly ADR (EUR246.26) and RevPAR (EUR215.21) were recorded on June 6, coinciding with the fifth concert, when occupancy reached 87.4%.
BTS performed as part of their Arirang World Tour on June 26 and 27. The first night of the tour saw occupancy rise to 89.5%, with ADR at EUR229.29 and RevPAR at EUR205.15.
Additional events, including the Puro Latino Madrid Fest and Madrid Pride, also supported hotel performance. Throughout June, Madrid’s occupancy remained above 70% on all but two days.
