Seasoned SaaS and hospitality leader to drive next phase of growth and usability for the leading hotel PMS

Maestro PMS, the leader in cloud hosted, all-in-one, private cloud and on-premises property management systems for independent hotels and resorts, announced the appointment of Adam Wilson as President of the Fullsteam PMS Vertical, with a primary focus on advancing the Maestro platform. He brings extensive experience in SaaS operations, customer success, and hospitality, positioning Maestro for its next phase of innovation and growth.

In this role, Wilson will work closely with the Maestro team to enhance the platform’s usability, expand its integration ecosystem, and deliver greater value to hotel operators navigating an increasingly data-driven and experience-focused landscape.

He brings extensive experience in property management systems, a relentless focus on customer service, and a clear vision for how technology can improve both operational efficiency and transform the guest journey. His background in hospitality technology, along with a long-standing interest in the hotel industry, has helped shape his approach to building solutions that balance capability and ease of use.

Robust Background

Prior to joining Fullsteam, Wilson held leadership roles at Jonas Hospitality. He has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable improvements in customer retention and revenue growth.

His background includes leadership roles in hospitality technology as well as hands-on experience as a restaurant owner, bringing a uniquely customer-centric perspective to the role, from optimizing lifecycle management to embedding accountability through metrics and performance frameworks.

In addition to spearheading Maestro, Wilson will also supervise Fullsteam’s RDP, Megasys, and IQware property-management solutions that collectively serve a broad range of hospitality segments. Each solution will continue to operate independently while benefiting from shared innovation and strategic alignment.

Wilson is based in Toronto and will maintain a hybrid presence, including time at Maestro offices to work closely with teams and customers.
