Mandarin Oriental is set to open its first golf resort with branded residences in Dubai in 2030, marking its third property in the city.

Mandarin Oriental has announced plans to open its inaugural golf resort, Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates, in Dubai by 2030. This project will be the company’s third property in the city and will be located within the Jumeirah Golf Estates development.

The resort will feature 121 rooms and suites, as well as 97 branded residences. These residences will feature three- to six-bedroom villas, each equipped with private amenities, including a lounge, meeting space, pool, and fitness areas.

The resort will also host The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, offering a variety of wellness, beauty, and massage treatments. The spa will occupy nearly 5,000 square meters and feature male and female-only pools, an outdoor meditation area, a barber shop, and a salon. Additionally, there will be three more swimming pools and a comprehensive wellness program.

Residents and guests will have access to various leisure facilities as part of the Jumeirah Golf Estates development. These facilities include an 18-hole championship golf course, a driving range, a golf academy, and a clubhouse featuring a pro shop, sports bar, gym, and locker rooms. An equestrian center will also be available, featuring indoor and outdoor arenas, training facilities, stabling, and riding trails.

The resort will offer six dining venues, including two restaurants at the Golf Club and a Halfway Hut on the course. Mandarin Oriental’s signature dining concepts will also be featured. For events, the property will provide meeting and event spaces, including a large ballroom and two outdoor venues.

This development is part of the broader Jumeirah Golf Estates project, known as the Next Chapter. The project aims to provide a comprehensive lifestyle experience, integrating golf, equestrian, and wellness amenities.
