Mandarin Oriental has announced the development of Mandarin Oriental Residences, West Palm Beach, its first standalone residential project in South Florida, which is anticipated to open in 2031.
Mandarin Oriental Residences, West Palm Beach, will feature 87 private residences along the Intracoastal Waterway, developed by Great Gulf. The 31-story building will offer two- to four-bedroom units, two multi-level private villas, and a full-floor penthouse. Each residence will have private elevator access and a wraparound balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
The project is designed by Safdie Architects, with interiors by Studio Munge and landscape architecture by ENEA Landscape Architecture. The location is set apart from downtown West Palm Beach but remains close to cultural and lifestyle destinations including the Norton Museum of Art, The Royal Poinciana Plaza, Worth Avenue, and CityPlace.
Amenities will include an outdoor rooftop lounge with a pool, cabanas, spa, and fitness centre. At ground level, the property will offer a pool with a bar, cabanas, loungers, and a private beach-inspired setting along the Intracoastal Waterway. Additional amenities will include a pickleball court and a garden lounge.
