Marriott Executive Apartments Opens in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Marriott Executive Apartments has opened a new property in Kuala Lumpur, featuring 353 serviced apartments, marking its largest location in Asia Pacific outside China.

Marriott Executive Apartments has announced the opening of its new property in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This development introduces 353 serviced apartments, making it the largest Marriott Executive Apartments property in the Asia Pacific region, excluding China. The apartments range from studios to three-bedroom units, designed to accommodate both short and long-term stays.

The new property is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, near major landmarks such as the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC. It is also near the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, catering to business travelers. The location offers easy access to public transportation, including the Suria KLCC LRT Station and Conlay MRT Station, as well as major expressways.

The serviced apartments are equipped with residential-style kitchens, living and dining areas, and in-room washer and dryer facilities. Accommodation options include studios with views of KLCC Park, one-bedroom apartments with various view options, two-bedroom apartments suitable for families or groups, and three-bedroom apartments with expansive city views.

Amenities at the property include a fitness center, a lap pool, and a dedicated playroom and splash zone for children. Dining options are available at Bistro Kia Peng, which serves Malaysian cuisine. The property also features event spaces, including a rooftop venue for various gatherings.

This opening marks the second Marriott Executive Apartments location in Malaysia.
