Marriott International has signed an agreement to develop a St. Regis resort and residences in Bodrum, Türkiye, set to open in 2030.

Marriott International has announced a new agreement with Kuzu Group to develop a St. Regis resort and branded residences in Bodrum, Türkiye. The project, located in the Kazikli Cove area, is scheduled to open in 2030. This development will mark Marriott’s 100th hotel in Türkiye.

The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum, is expected to feature 138 guestrooms and several dining options. Plans for the resort also include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, a kids club, and a spa. Additionally, the resort will offer meeting and event spaces.

The Residences at The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort will comprise 221 apartments and villas, ranging in size from one to five bedrooms. The residential component offers a range of amenities, including a lounge, media room, exhibition kitchen, co-working spaces, a library, private fitness studios, and a swimming pool.

This project represents the second collaboration between Marriott International, Kuzu Group, and Servotel, following the opening of the JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea in 2022.

Bodrum is located on Türkiye’s southwestern Aegean coast and is known for its beaches and historical sites. The new development will occupy a 280,000-square-meter site in Kazikli Cove, providing access to beaches and stunning sea views.
