Accounting for a brief period of downtime, which is estimated to last two hours, Marvel Rivals Season 4.5 should be live around 7 a.m. EDT on Friday, October 10. Here’s what that looks like across the time zones:

What to expect from Marvel Rivals Season 4.5
The most important addition to Marvel Rivals in Season 4.5 is none other than Daredevil. The blind vigilante joins the playable characters as a duelist, an agile fighter whose main role is to deal damage. Daredevil is equipped with “radar sense” to mark and reveal enemies, plus a set of billy clubs to deal with them. Daredevil is the next character to join the Marvel Rivals roster following Angela’s release at the start of Season 4.
Besides Daredevil’s arrival, here’s what else to expect from Marvel Rivals Season 4.5:
- Two new team-up abilities: Bestial Hunt (Daredevil and The Punisher) and Deep Wrath (Hela and Namor).
- One of the existing team-up abilities, Ragnarok Rebirth (Hela and Thor), will be removed. Another team-up ability, Gamma Charge, will remove Namor, leaving only the Hulk and Black Panther.
- A Halloween event, along with themed character costumes.
- A new game mode. The details will be revealed during the Thailand Game Show on October 17.
During Season 4.5, Marvel Rivals will enter a testing phase for cross-platform progression, with the aim of releasing the full feature in Season 5.0.
Based on previous seasons, Marvel Rivals Season 4.5 should last for one month, which means the end date will fall around November 10.
