  • Hotel occupancy rates in Sydney, Melbourne, and Buenos Aires are surging above 70% due to the Oasis Live ’25 tour.
  • Forward bookings in São Paulo show a significant 32.7% increase compared to last year.

The upcoming Oasis Live ’25 tour is creating a noticeable surge in hotel bookings across Australia and South America. According to CoStar, a leader in real estate analytics, cities hosting the concerts are experiencing substantial increases in hotel occupancy.

In Australia, Oasis is scheduled to perform three nights in Melbourne and two in Sydney between October 31 and November 8. As of October 20, Sydney has reported the highest hotel occupancy rate for the tour dates, reaching 75.1% on Friday, November 7. This marks a significant rise from last year’s 65.4% occupancy on the same night. Melbourne is also seeing high demand, with a 74.0% occupancy rate expected on Saturday, November 1, the night of the band’s second concert.

The tour will then move to South America, starting in Buenos Aires on November 15. The city is showing a forward booking rate of 74.3% for the concert night. São Paulo, hosting the final performances on November 22, has seen a remarkable increase in bookings, with a peak occupancy rate of 52.0%, up 32.7% from the previous year.

This heightened demand underscores the significant impact major events like the Oasis tour can have on the travel and hospitality industry, driving economic benefits for host cities.
