MGallery Collection has launched The Brighton Hotel Sydney, a new hotel located in the coastal area of Brighton Le Sands, Sydney. The hotel offers 307 rooms and suites designed to provide views of Botany Bay. The location is positioned to cater to both leisure and business travelers, given its proximity to the Sydney Airport and the central business district.
The hotel includes a range of facilities aimed at enhancing guest experiences. Among these are a Mediterranean restaurant named Ammos Brighton, led by Chef Peter Conistis, and a more casual dining option, Coco’s on the Beach, which operates until late. The Sands Bar offers a menu designed for sharing and features a signature drink, The Saywell Martini. Additionally, the bar will host a seasonal adults-only beach club starting this weekend.
For wellness, the hotel provides both an outdoor and an indoor heated pool, alongside a fitness center equipped with Peloton bikes and other exercise equipment. A sauna and steam room are also available for guests seeking relaxation.
The Brighton Hotel Sydney includes 11 event spaces and two ballrooms, with the largest accommodating up to 600 guests. These facilities are intended for various events, from corporate meetings to weddings. The Brighton Ballroom is highlighted for its capacity and design, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views.
