Michael Robinson has been appointed as the General Manager of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, effective June 30, 2025.

Minor Hotels announced the appointment of Michael Robinson as the General Manager of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, effective June 30, 2025. Robinson previously served as General Manager at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, where he oversaw the property’s strategic enhancement phase. Before this, he managed FCC Angkor by Avani in Siem Reap, Cambodia, overseeing the resort’s post-pandemic recovery and relaunch.

Robinson’s career includes senior roles with Hyatt Hotels, including positions at Grand Hyatt Doha and Park Hyatt Dubai. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hotel Management from the International College of Hotel Management in Adelaide, Australia, and a Diploma in International Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Association.
