Microsoft’s Windows XP Crocs are here Canada reviews

1 October 20251 Min Read

Microsoft has officially debuted its Windows XP-themed Crocs, which feature a design inspired by the classic operating system’s “Bliss” wallpaper, alongside Clippy and Internet Explorer shoe charms. In a post on Wednesday, Microsoft said it’s launching the limited-edition Crocs with a blue sky and clouds drawstring backpack as part of its 50th anniversary.

It doesn’t look like Microsoft will sell the Windows XP Crocs online. Microsoft is holding a sweepstakes on its Instagram account through Tuesday, October 7th at 11:59PM PT, and it’s asking users to like and comment “#MicrosoftCrocSweepstakes” on its post for a chance to win a pair. The Verge reached out to Microsoft to see if it would make them widely available for purchase, but a spokesperson didn’t immediately respond.

We first got a glimpse at the Windows XP Crocs in August, when Microsoft started offering the nostalgic shoes to its employees. They also come with Jibbitz of a pixelated Windows XP pointer, a recycling bin, the My Documents icon, and the old MSN butterfly logo.
