Former Hôtel Saint-James & Albany
Mohari Hospitality, Omnam Investment Group, and musician and entrepreneur Pharrell Williams have announced the joint acquisition of a historic 5-star hotel in Paris. The property, situated in the esteemed 1st arrondissement on the right bank of The Seine, was built in the 17th century and offers direct views of the Tuileries.
Previously known as the Hôtel Saint-James & Albany, the hotel is part of a strategic partnership between Mohari and Omnam, established in July 2022. Their joint venture focuses on enhancing Europe’s luxury hospitality, food & beverage, and leisure sectors. This marks their most recent acquisition and their first collaboration with Williams.
The hotel is centrally located between Rue de Rivoli and Rue du 29 Juillet, close to key attractions, including the Louvre Museum. It also offers a direct view of the renowned Tuileries Gardens and the Terrasse des Feuillants, making it a unique asset in the city.
J. Allen Smith, CEO of Mohari Hospitality, expressed their dedication to unique luxury hospitality projects and said they look forward to reviving the property. David Zisser, Founder and CEO of Omnam Group, echoed this sentiment, highlighting their excitement at the opportunity to work with such a historic building.
