Motto by Hilton has opened a 260-room hotel in downtown Nashville, managed by Chartwell Hospitality and owned by Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc.
Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown began operations this month at 311 3rd Avenue S, three blocks south of Broadway in Nashville’s South of Broadway (SoBro) district. The 13-story property features 260 rooms and is managed by Chartwell Hospitality, with ownership by Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc.
The hotel’s location provides access to several local attractions, including the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, and the Ryman Auditorium. Nashville International Airport is approximately eight miles from the property.
Room configurations at the hotel include compact king rooms and queen rooms with a lofted twin bed. Thirty percent of the accommodations offer Motto’s Confirmed Connecting Room capabilities, with 44 connecting rooms available and the option to link up to six rooms for group stays.
Amenities at the property include a fitness center, flexible meeting space, a common area with an outdoor patio, and a ground-level coffee shop and bar. The hotel also features Junie’s Drink and Graze, an all-day bar and restaurant located at the entrance, offering food and beverage service throughout the day.
The opening of Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown marks the brand’s entry into the Nashville market. The property is well-positioned to serve both leisure and group travelers, with proximity to downtown entertainment venues and conference facilities.
The hotel participates in the Hilton Honors loyalty program, allowing members to earn and redeem points for stays. Reservations can be made through Hilton’s official channels.
No further expansion plans or developments for the Motto by Hilton brand in Nashville have been announced at this time.
