Naples Grande Beach Resort has appointed Brent Wieschhorster as Director of National Accounts, West Coast. In this role, Wieschhorster will oversee markets in the American West, Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and Hawaii, leading sales initiatives and cultivating partnerships with corporate and association planners.
Wieschhorster joins the resort during a period of growth in group and corporate demand. His appointment coincides with a property-wide transformation scheduled to debut in early 2027, following a months-long closure. The redesign will update guest rooms and suites, expand dining concepts, modernize the lobby and arrival areas, and upgrade spa, pool, and event spaces.
Wieschhorster has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales and business development. He most recently served as Area Director of Group Sales with Noble House Hotels & Resorts, overseeing group sales strategy for LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort and Inn on Fifth in Naples. He previously held National Sales Manager roles with The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples and Boca Raton Resort & Club, managing corporate and association accounts.
Throughout his career, Wieschhorster has contracted millions in group business, increased market share through strategic account development, and received industry recognition, including the Noble House Rising Star and Noble Elite awards.
