The Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel in New Zealand is available for purchase through an International Expressions of Interest campaign managed by CBRE.
The Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel, located at 153 Kirkbride Road in Mangere, is on the market. CBRE’s Michael Simpson, Wayne Bunz, Tom Gibson, and Peter Hamilton are overseeing the sale. The property is available through an International Expressions of Interest campaign.
The hotel, originally built in 1973 and expanded in 1986 and 1996, sits on a 19,758 square meter freehold site. It features 194 guest rooms and suites, which were refurbished in 2018. The property includes amenities such as the Lunar Restaurant & Bar, a gym, seven conference and event spaces, a guest lounge, an outdoor swimming pool, and parking for 110 vehicles.
The sale offers the new owner full control over future management strategies. Options include self-management, retaining the current operator, or appointing a new third-party operator. The strategic location of the hotel, minutes from Auckland’s International and National Terminals, is highlighted as a key advantage.
The New Zealand Government’s policies on tourism and foreign investment are noted as factors contributing to the property’s potential value. The campaign for the sale of the Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel will conclude on Friday, 12th September 2025, at 4 pm NZST, unless sold prior.
