Naumi Hotels has expanded its portfolio to the Middle East with the opening of Naumi Hotel Dubai in Barsha Heights, Dubai. The hotel, which features 237 rooms and suites, marks the company’s first venture in the region.

The hotel is located near the Dubai Internet City Metro, approximately 10 minutes from the Mall of the Emirates and 15 minutes from The Palm. The property is scheduled to undergo renovations to introduce a new visual identity and enhance the guest experience. Planned upgrades include whimsical spaces, imaginative experiences, and signature brand elements.

The hotel offers a range of amenities, including two restaurants, a spa, a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and meeting facilities. The design will incorporate curated art and aim to provide intuitive service.

Naumi Hotels, established in Singapore in 2007, currently operates eight properties across Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, and the UAE. The opening in Dubai is part of a broader strategy to expand in the Middle East.

The acquisition was advised by SunStar Capital, a family-owned wealth management and asset company. The hotel will be operated by Naumi Hotels, with plans to capture the spirit of Dubai while maintaining the brand’s approach to hospitality.
