Lin joins the emergency department as a resident alongside elite peers, Tang Hsi (Chan Tzu-hsuan) and Chiang Tung-yen (Payne Peng), working shoulder to shoulder to save lives. Together with senior attending physician He Yu-hua (Cheryl Yang), the ER team faces relentless medical crises, ethical dilemmas, and internal power struggles within the hospital. Who are the cast members of Miracles of the ER?

Wallace Huo plays Chou Cheng-chun, a decisive, highly-skilled emergency physician who mentors younger doctors. The actor previously starred in Netflix’s comedy-drama Forget You Not. He has also starred in dramas such as Why Is He Still Single, The Great Craftsman, and Love Me If You Dare.

Kent Tsai plays Lin Geng-ming, a first-year emergency medicine resident whose eagerness to help patients outstrips his experience.
