Netflix has officially set a release date for Roommates, the latest comedy venture from Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison Productions. What is the production status of Roommates?
Filming for Roommates took place primarily in Jersey City, New Jersey. Cameras began rolling on June 24, 2025, and wrapped in mid-August 2025. Local residents spotted production at various locations throughout Hudson County, which served as the backdrop for the fictional university campus.
