Extended Stay America Premier Suites has opened its new hotel in Colorado Springs.
The new property, developed by Integrated Hospitality Construction, is a four-story building with 120 rooms. The hotel is designed to cater to the requirements of extended stay guests. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a healthy breakfast, access to premium cable TV, a fitness room, and on-site laundry services. The hotel also boasts a spacious lobby with additional vending options.
Each Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Colorado Springs suite is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, including a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Other features of the suites are signature bedding, a recliner, and a workspace.
The new hotel is Integrated Hospitality Construction’s second property for Extended Stay America Premier Suites.
The hotel is near five major military bases, including Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base, Schriever Space Force Base, the United States Air Force Academy, and Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station.
Its location also provides easy access to various corporate and educational institutions, such as UCHealth Memorial Hospital, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Compassion International, Progressive Insurance, Leidos, Amazon, Oracle, University of Colorado—Colorado Springs, and Pikes Peak State College. In addition, the hotel is near the US Olympic and Paralympic Training Center.
Beyond the Colorado Springs property, Integrated Hospitality Construction has begun construction on a new Premier Suites hotel in Denver. It already operates an Extended Stay America Premier Suites hotel in Pueblo, which opened in 2024.
