Peachtree Group has opened a 122-room Home2 Suites by Hilton in Ashburn, Virginia.
Peachtree Group has announced the opening of a new Home2 Suites by Hilton in Ashburn, Virginia. The hotel, located at 4870 Lakeview Overlook Plaza, adds 122 rooms to the Washington, D.C. metro area’s hospitality offerings. This marks the seventh property Peachtree has developed and opened this year. The company’s hospitality management division will oversee operations at the new location.
Ashburn, recognized as a significant technology hub, is often referred to as “Data Center Alley.” The area hosts a high density of fiber carriers and is a leading global data center market. Recent investments, such as Alphabet’s $1 billion expansion of Google’s data center campuses, highlight the region’s ongoing growth and economic strength.
The hotel is located across from One Loudoun, a mixed-use development featuring residential spaces, more than 60 retail shops, and over 20 dining establishments. It is also located less than 10 miles from Dulles International Airport, providing convenient access for travelers.
The Home2 Suites by Hilton in Ashburn offers an extended-stay design with features such as in-room kitchens, social spaces, complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, and a 24/7 market. These amenities align with the brand’s focus on providing comfort and flexibility for guests.
Peachtree’s hospitality management division currently manages 112 hotels across 30 brands nationwide, spanning the upper-midscale and upscale segments, including limited-service, select-service, and compact full-service properties.
