Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur. The new 312-room hotel aims to offer guests a unique insight into the Southeast Asian city.
The hotel is located near Kuala Lumpur’s iconic Twin Towers and the KL Tower. It features various facilities, including an open-air infinity saltwater pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and three dining options.
Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur promises to offer guests a unique blend of local culture and modern comfort. The hotel management aims to serve as a ‘local bestie’, connecting guests with authentic local experiences and exploring beyond typical tourist trails.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city’s business district and is near popular tourist attractions such as KL Eko-Rimba Park, The Zhongshan Building, and The Row, which features a collection of local Malaysian brands.
The hotel’s interior design reflects Kuala Lumpur’s rich history. Local artist Jefr has collaborated with the hotel to add a distinctive charm to the communal spaces through colorful and abstract images. Silverfox Studios designed each of the 312 rooms, inspired by the city’s industrial heritage.
Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur offers three distinct dining experiences. Guests can enjoy handmade pizzas and pastas at the hotel’s trattoria, IL Forno. TanBuri, the hotel’s casual dining concept, offers South Asian-inspired cuisines. The rooftop bar and lounge, @21, offers a scenic view of the city, craft cocktails, and delicious quesadillas.
The hotel has launched an exclusive World of Hyatt members offer and Explore the C opening package. The package includes daily breakfasts, a Hop-On Hop-Off bus day tour, 500 World of Hyatt bonus points, and an exclusive hotel kit. The booking period for opening offers ends on January 31, 2025.
