New Luxury Resort and Private Residences to Open in New York’s Hudson Valley by 2028

• In partnership with Nolan Reynolds International (NRI) and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Kerzner International plans to develop a new One&Only resort and Private Homes in Hudson Valley, New York.
• The 21-acre property, adjacent to the CIA, will feature 61 cabins, guest rooms and suites, and is expected to open in 2028.

The new development will span a 21-acre area adjacent to the Culinary Institute of America. The property will feature 61 cabins, guest rooms, and suites, focusing on providing unique culinary experiences and wellness options, including a Longevity Hub by the Clinique La Prairie. Both the residences and the resort are slated to open in 2028.
