Rendering of a residence at One&Only in the Hudson Valley
- In partnership with Nolan Reynolds International (NRI) and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Kerzner International plans to develop a new One&Only resort and Private Homes in Hudson Valley, New York.

The new development will span a 21-acre area adjacent to the Culinary Institute of America. The property will feature 61 cabins, guest rooms, and suites, focusing on providing unique culinary experiences and wellness options, including a Longevity Hub by the Clinique La Prairie. Both the residences and the resort are slated to open in 2028.
Kerzner International, known for its ultra-luxury hospitality, is owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai. The company has a portfolio of 14 resorts and 381 branded residences worldwide.
