Marjan, a developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced the launch of Marjan Beach, a new mixed-use beach town. The development is designed to enhance the tourism and hospitality sector in the region, with plans to introduce 12,000 hotel keys and 22,000 residential units. Upon completion, the area is expected to host a population of 74,000 residents and a workforce of 32,000.
The project spans 85 million square feet, comprising eight neighborhoods, three kilometers of beachfront, and 6.5 million square feet of open green spaces.
Marjan Beach is positioned to accommodate up to 180,000 visitors annually, serving as both a residential community and a tourism destination. Located near the Arabian Gulf and Al Marjan Island, the development is accessible via the main highway, with ongoing roadworks aimed at improving connectivity.
