New SeleQtions Hotel Signed by IHCL to Boost Presence in Goa’s Anjuna

The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed an agreement to operate a new SeleQtions hotel in Anjuna, Goa. The move is a strategic addition to IHCL’s extensive portfolio, broadening its reach in one of India’s popular travel destinations.

The new hotel, a conversion of an independent resort, is set to increase its room count to 51. Located in North Goa, it is expected to cater to the rising demand for experiential stays in unique locations like Anjuna.

The IHCL SeleQtions Anjuna services will include an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a cocktail bar. Additionally, the hotel will offer recreational amenities such as a swimming pool and a fully-equipped gym, providing guests with opportunities to relax and unwind.

The hotel’s location, Anjuna, is renowned for its beaches and views of the Arabian Sea. The area is home to famous landmarks, including the Chapora Fort and Albuquerque Mansion, and offers vibrant beachside restaurants and nightlife.

The hotel’s operation marks a critical partnership with Just Perfect Resorts Goa Pvt. Ltd., which envisions crafting boutique luxury developments that blend contemporary elegance with rich cultural heritage.
