New stores are opening at these Toronto malls and here’s what to know

12 August 20253 Mins Read

Although we’ve been enjoying the outdoors this summer, a lot has been going on indoors – or rather inside Toronto malls. Some of our favourite malls are gearing up to open new stores before the end of the year. From high-end brands to beloved shopping destinations, there are lots of new stores slated to open in Toronto, and we’re here for it.

Take a look at some of the new stores and let us know which ones you are excited to check out:

New stores opening in Toronto malls:

Yorkdale Mall

This year, Yorkdale is expanding its luxury offerings.

A Dior and Parfums Christian Dior boutique will open in September 2025, including a new Moncler store. Other boutique openings include Tom Ford, Saint Laurent and Gucci.

As for international names, European fragrance brand Creed and Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster will open at Yorkdale Mall. This also includes French fashion brand AMI debuting at Yorkdale before the end of the year.

And in November 2025, Stone Island’s first-ever shopping centre location, and Chanel’s largest Canadian boutique, will see its doors open.

Eaton Centre

According to the Eaton Centre website, there are three new storefronts slated to open very soon.

The first is Simons, which would be the second Toronto location following Yorkville’s opening this month. The new 110,000-square-foot flagship will be located on street level, across three levels of the shopping centre.

Next is Eataly, the famed Italian marketplace and retail concept, which will open its fourth location in Canada within the mall. This makes Toronto the only North American city to have four Eataly locations. How cool is that?

And finally, Nike will be relocating from level 1 of the centre to a new two-level flagship location. It totals approximately 18,000 square feet at Trinity Way.

Scarborough Town Centre

A new Winners location is opening at the east end mall this month. According to the store, shoppers can expect “ever-changing selections of designer and brand-name apparel, footwear, and accessories at unbeatable prices.”

The grand opening ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 18, while regular store hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“We’re thrilled to be opening a brand-new Winners location at Scarborough Town Centre. It’s a fantastic opportunity to bring our treasure-hunt shopping experience and even more incredible finds to the vibrant east end community,” says Natalie Zaremba, Winners spokesperson.

So many stores, we can’t wait!
