New year, new you? If you have any fitness goals you’re hoping to reach this year, I am with ya, and I plan to achieve them in a fresh environment. The city has been upping its game lately, with 2025 and 2026 bringing a ton of new gyms and studios just waiting to be utilized.
Here are the ones I’ve discovered so far.
A 24-hour gym? Perfect for shift workers or anyone who wants to avoid those peak gym hours.

Solis’s new studio is for the east-enders.
Where: 10 St. Lawrence St.
STRONG is one of my favourite pilates studios, and now, there’s a brand-new one in Yorkville.
Where: 263 Davenport Rd. Unit 200
If you’ve never done a Lagree class, let this be your sign.
Where: 1470 Yonge St.
AVANT is bougie, so if that’s the kind of experience you’re looking for, look no further.
Where: 1 Bloor St. E.
Assembly already has a studio in Leslieville, and is now opening a mat studio on College.
Where: 832 College St. (opening soon)
2026 is going to be a great year, I can feel it. Grab a friend and head to one of these new gyms/fitness studios, Toronto. You won’t regret it.
